Les Sirènes (Winners of the 2012 BBC Choir of the Year Competition), celebrate Christmas in style in the stunning venue of the Mackintosh Church at Queen’s Cross. Don’t miss this beautiful annual tradition that will raise your Christmas spirit and leave you feeling uplifted!

 

The annual Christmas Concert of the 2012 winners of the BBC Choir of the Year Competition is always a sell out. This year will be no different as the choir performs beautiful festive favourites in addition to commemorating the 400th anniversary of the death of Shakespeare, in performances of works that the choir will release on a new disc “Sing Willow” on the Albion record label. The choir will also be joined by BBC SSO harpist Helen Thomson for a performance of the Brahms Songs for female voices and harp.
